10 years ago Help Scout started to change how we do support.

We love Help Scout and are lucky to be the premier platform to connect WordPress and Help Scout. We are thrilled to celebrate the wonderful platform that we all use to support our users.

Help Scout plants a tree for each customer and they have planted over 4,800 trees. They also have had over 550 million customer conversations on their platform.

The Nature Conservancy is a great land manager and even the land trust manager for Disney’s 11,500 acre Wilderness Preserve in Florida.

Why trees?

Help Scout is a Certified B Corporation (just like WordPress Central) where one of the goals of the business is to support the public good. They selected to plant trees via The Nature Conservancy.

How did we even survive without Help Scout? It has become the leading tool for our users to find the answers and get support that they need.
